About
TFL is a training facility to help student-athletes to work towards their goal. We offer five different types of programs that all focus on different parts of the body. All training is done in groups so athletes can not only offer encouragement to one another, but also to help them to work better on a team. Every time an athlete walks in the doors, they will always have a new workout that will keep them challenged and engaged to help them reach their full potential.

Our Programs
Upper Body Workouts
Everyday we offer full upper body workouts. During the session, two trainers will help student athletes focus on building strength in their arms, back, and shoulders. Specific exercises and workouts vary daily.
$25/session
Lower Body Workouts
Athletes will complete several different exercises that focus on their calves, thighs, and hips. The exact workouts vary daily and may have a greater focus on certain muscles.
$25/session
Skills Workout
To help student-athletes prepare for their particular sport, TFL trainers will have speed and agility workouts to get athletes ready for the next level. This program works out the whole body.
$25/session
Ab Workout
Surprise Workouts
On the weekends, surprise workouts are offered. These workouts are supposed to be fun and allow the athletes to make friends and relax while also work their muscles. Some classes could be yoga or cycling. These programs also allow participants to exercise new muscles they might not work on on an everyday basis.
$27/session
Ab workouts last 15 minutes. They are a circuit style workout in which athletes are recommended to complete after any of the other programs.
